মূল্য ফেরত
ফেরত প্রদানকৃত পণ্য ক্রয়ের সময় গ্রাহক যদি ক্রয়মূল্য পরিশোধ করে থাকে তবে পণ্য ফেরত প্রদানের পর সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ গ্রাহককে ফেরত প্রদান করে থাকি।
আমরা গ্রাহককে অর্থ ফেরত প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নোক্ত প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে থাকি-
- ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে পার্টনারের নীতি অনুসারে অনলাইন / মোবাইল ওয়ালেট পেমেন্ট (বিকাশ, নগদ ইত্যাদি) ফেরত প্রদান করতে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় নেওয়া হয়।
- পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে চার্জ অনুযায়ী রিফান্ডের জন্যও চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- সরাসরি আমাদের মোবাইল ওয়ালেট রিফান্ডের জন্য কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
- রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক তাঁর রিফান্ডকে সেই ভাবেই পাবে যেমন পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে। অর্থাৎ, গ্রাহক যদি বিকাশের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করে, তবে তিনি রিফান্ড বিকাশের মাধ্যমেই পাবেন। অন্য কোনো উপায়ে পেমেন্ট করে থাকলে সেই মাধ্যমেই তিনি সমূদয় অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।

Price Refund
If the customer has paid the purchase price at the time of purchase of the returned product, we will refund the full amount to the customer within a maximum of 10 working days after the product is returned.
We follow the following process for issuing refunds to customers-
- It takes 7 to 10 working days to refund online / mobile wallet payments as per bank or payment gateway partner policy.
- Charges will also apply for refunds as per payment gateway charges.
- No additional charges will apply for direct refunds to our mobile wallet.
- In the case of refunds, the customer will receive his refund in the same manner as the payment was made. That is, if the customer makes the payment through Bkash, he will get the refund only through Bkash. If payment is made by any other means, he will get full refund through that method.
