যে সকল পন্যে বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবার কথা উল্লেখ্য থাকে অর্থাৎ পণ্যটি উৎপাদনকারী কোম্পানি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত্ব বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা যদি উল্লেখ থাকে তবে তা অবশ্যই উক্ত কোম্পানি তার কাস্টমার কেয়ার বা সাপোর্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা প্রদান করতে বাধ্য থাকে। যেমনঃ মোবাইল, ল্যাপটপ, কম্পিউটার যন্ত্রাংশ, টিভি, ফ্রিজ, এসি, ওয়াশিং মেশিন, ওভেনসহ যাবতীয় ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স পন্য যেগুলোতে ওয়ারেন্টি / গ্যারান্টি উল্লেখ করা হয়।
এছাড়া যে সকল পন্যে ৭দিন, ৩০দিন, ৩ মাস, ৬ মাস বা এই ধরণের ওয়ারেন্টি উল্লেখ থাকে সেসমস্ত পণ্যসমূহ ইনভয়েস ডেট থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্টের কোন ফল্ট প্রমাণিত হলে তা আমাদের কাছে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার বা পাঠাও বা রেডেএক্স বা ই-কুরিয়ার বা স্টিডফাস্ট বা অন্য যেকোনো কুরিয়ার যা অফিস ডেলিভারি করে এমন কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে। দয়াকরে (SA Paribohon এ পাঠাবেন না এদের অফিস ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস নেই তাই এদের ব্রাঞ্চে গিয়ে প্রোডাক্ট কালেক্ট করতে অতিরিক্ত ৩-৭ দিন সময় লেগে যেতে পারে। যার ফলে আপনার সমাধান দিতেও সময় বেশী লাগবে)।

All the products that mention after-sales service, i.e. if there is mention of after-sales service provided by the company that manufactures the product, then the company is obliged to provide after-sales service through its customer care or support organization. For example: Mobile, laptop, computer parts, TV, fridge, AC, washing machine, oven including all electronic products which mention warranty / guarantee.
Besides, all the products which have 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or such warranty mentioned, if any fault of the product is proved within 7 days from the date of invoice, send it to us by Sundarban Courier or Pathao or Redex or E-Courier or Steadfast or any other Courier which should be sent to the address provided by our office delivery courier. Please (don't send to SA Paribohon they don't have office delivery service so it may take extra 3-7 days to go to their branch to collect the product. As a result it will take more time to give you solution).
