যে সকল পন্যে বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবার কথা উল্লেখ্য থাকে অর্থাৎ পণ্যটি উৎপাদনকারী কোম্পানি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত্ব বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা যদি উল্লেখ থাকে তবে তা অবশ্যই উক্ত কোম্পানি তার কাস্টমার কেয়ার বা সাপোর্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা প্রদান করতে বাধ্য থাকে। যেমনঃ মোবাইল, ল্যাপটপ, কম্পিউটার যন্ত্রাংশ, টিভি, ফ্রিজ, এসি, ওয়াশিং মেশিন, ওভেনসহ যাবতীয় ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স পন্য যেগুলোতে ওয়ারেন্টি / গ্যারান্টি উল্লেখ করা হয়।
All the products that mention after-sales service, i.e. if there is mention of after-sales service provided by the company that manufactures the product, then the company is obliged to provide after-sales service through its customer care or support organization. For example: Mobile, laptop, computer parts, TV, fridge, AC, washing machine, oven including all electronic products which mention warranty / guarantee.
